Better Than A Cake Picnic?
This cake deserves its own appreciation post.
I was thrilled when Ana, a former client, reached out about collaborating on a photoshoot. I was excited to work together again and knew she had great taste, so I couldn't wait to see what she and her mom would create.
Ana's mother, Rosario, owner of The Cake Batter Co., created these beautiful mini cakes, and they exceeded every expectation. The designs were modern, adorable, and perfectly matched the vision for the shoot. More importantly, they were absolutely delicious. Every crumb disappeared before the day was over.
These cakes brought so much warmth and personality to the photos, especially the intimate candid moments. Years later, I still order from Rosario for special occasions, and she never disappoints. Her creativity, attention to detail, and incredible flavors make her one of my favorite local bakers.
If you're looking for a baker in Utah, I can't recommend her enough.
